Ahh Chesnok Red... the word Chesnok means Garlic and Red is for... you get the picture. Originating from the Republic of Georgia, Chesnok Red is an exceptionally beautiful garlic. An excellent table garlic which can be "popped" apart by skillfully rapping the long stem on a hard surface. (You may want to practice before showing off at the next BBQ.)
